When you get it back the first thing you do is to shift the xem to a wallet that you control - like on the official nem nano wallet - with your own private key. The tip can come after that 
I did some searching and found several transactions on nem that matched your address and roughly matched your date and estimated xem amount. But I eliminated most of them since they had some message in the transaction or for some other reasons. Here is a likely candidate for your nem transaction:

The best thing to do would be to ask shapeshift for the nem transaction id and confront your wallet provider with that information and other shapeshift information and ask them to credit your account with the money they received.

As @muhammadi already answered above first you must have transaction id in NEM network sent by shapeshift (you must contact with they support if it’s not available in your shapeshift account) and next you must contact with this transaction hash with freewallet.
Could you paste here transaction hash as text? Are you sure it’s your transaction?
Are you sure that this is the transaction ? how did you get this? This transaction has a message attached to it whereas you had mentioned that you had not entered any message.
If shapeshift has given you this transaction then this must be it. And this one even has a message so it should be easier to now talk to your wallet provider. Give them this transaction and ask them to credit your wallet account with this xem
