An interesting documentary

Hi guys.

I thought i'd share this here:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qXajND7BQzk

I think it echo's the very things that make Crpytocurrency have appeal. New coins that promise "more anonymous" transactions get such hype and growth because the very purpose of cryptocurrency was to break free of the surveillance issues we're facing today. Not just surveillance problems, but also FIAT related problems such as fractional reserve banking, quantitive easing - and the consequential inflation that steals prosperity for all.

The reason why i decided to bring this up was because i thought it was good food for thought for the devs of NEM. Hopefully you guys will see what I mean.

Feel free to share your thoughts though. I'm curious as to what you think.

To further reinforce my view, i just read this new article:

It's no wonder people put a high price on anonymity. As Tim Burners-Lee (Inventor of the world wide web) put it in that video:

"I used to think in some countries you worry about the government, in others, the corporation; I realize now that was naive."
