Anyone ever get NEM back after sending to changelly without message?

I recently sent 9000 XEM to changelly but…forgot the message. I opened up thier support and included 3 pictures:

  1. A picture of My Address on NEM explore to show the transaction to them.
  2. A picture of Changelly’s Address in NEM explore to show them the transaction again.
  3. A picture of my Nano Wallet Account page to prove i have access to that particular address (to prove who i am and thats my address)

I sent that ticket today. Has anyone done this before? If so, did it get taken care of and how long did it take?

That should be enough information for them, poloniex seems to be faster on average but I haven’t read anything yet about changely outright not helping someone in such a trivial matter :slight_smile:.
