I recently sent 9000 XEM to changelly but…forgot the message. I opened up thier support and included 3 pictures:
- A picture of My Address on NEM explore to show the transaction to them.
- A picture of Changelly’s Address in NEM explore to show them the transaction again.
- A picture of my Nano Wallet Account page to prove i have access to that particular address (to prove who i am and thats my address)
