hello, i was wandering if it is just me or are other people having trouble getting coins from their bitrex account withdrawn to their nem wallet? i have tried about 6 times and even created another wallet address and it says invalid address every time. i thought it was my wallet but i had a friend send me some coins and it went rite into my account when he used the same address that bitrex said was invalid. i then tried to send my friend some coins from bitrex and his address also came up as invalid so the problem has to be in the bitrex account some place.

Please try to enter the NEM address without the dashes...

I’ve just tried to send a few XEM to my address and received an error message:
Address: NCIMUJBZI5HNANXW52XMB37A6OPBHWZI7EP6I36Q
The address you submitted is not valid for the XEM network. Cancel this withdrawal and resubmit it
What’s wrong?
I have successfully transferred money from my NanoWallet to your xem address.
I am sorry, I am not using Biftinex, so I can not give advice.
It seems there is a problem with Bitfinex.
Thanks for helping us!
We (Open Source Ecology) want to add NEM as a way to accept donations to our cause, so I’m sorting everything out before listing this address at our donations pages (http://opensourceecology.org/community/#support and http://opensourceecology.org/wiki/Donate)
I’ll seek help in Bittrex and use this forum thread as evidence that the address is indeed valid.
Thanks again!
Looks like I can only send to that address if I don’t provide a message. So, problem solved!
