Apostille Audit Issues

Hi, I have a series of Apostille documents. When I try to Audit them I always get the error: “This file is not in apostille format!” For all my Apostilled documents. Can you explain where I am gogin wrong please? Thanks, Jiro

Have you tried dropping in the whole .zip folder into the apostille drop-bar?
If you are auditing single files from inside the folder, it won’t work and throw the error you had: “This file is not in apostille format!”

Hi, yes I have tried to drop the ZIP and individual files. I have also done the same for the files via the upload files method and I always get the same error. This happens for several Apostille archives I have - always the same error.
