Awaiting Approval

I sent a support ticket at 2017/06/19
It’s my ticket ----------------

I am 2017-06-18 14:41 has sent 0.01 LTC to my address, it was successed

Later I’m sent 37.501 LTC to the same address but it always keep ‘‘Awaiting Approval’’ until now

And I try again to sent 0.01 LTC to the same address , but it is sucess!
Why I sent a same address , First is fail but Second is sucess , can you tell me why?

I sure that I have chack the email every time , What’s wrong with that?

So I sent twice ticket to them

And I found this time have a ''Assigned to ( Javan ) ‘’
The first time don’t have this person name

this is a NEM Forum and your problem is related to Poloniex and LTC deposits which we can’t help you with.

I can’t tell for how long you will have to wait, I have heard about people waiting for about 7 weeks without response…

What may help - as a hint gotten from NEM chats - would be to Close your Ticket and Open a New One mentioning all details from the first and telling them that you have been waiting quite a long time already.

It’s a good idear? I don’t know that

as mentioned this is something i caught on the chats, that solved the problem for just one person - it doesnt mean that it will always work and i only wanted to point it out.

They will get back to you eventually, I’m sure - maybe you can post an update to the ticket, saying that you are waiting for X days, etc…
