Bigalice3 down?

This used to return the sha for nis 0.6.97, but fails now:

curl: (7) Failed to connect to bigalice3.nem.ninja port 7890: Connection refused

This prevents the build of images by nem-docker. Can someone have a look?

For unknown reasons, the NIS was down on this VPS. I restarted NIS. Will take some hours till it has loaded the blockchain though.
If I were you, I would rely on other servers like hugealice2.nem.ninja or hugealice3.nem.ninja.
