I have a txID and searched nembex and have a hash number. Why did the NEM not make it into the wallet?
Do I have to change servers on the wallet or something? The address I gave was the my iphone NEM wallet app address.
Can you please help?

You may not be on an online node. Click on the red NODE icon, and select a different server from the dropdown list.
Hi Saul, the iphone app wallet does not have a red or green node symbol.
ah sorry. I am not familiar with iPhone wallet, but there should be an option in settings to change the node.
Ive changed nodes and still nothing. The transaction went through on the nemblock explorer. So should have come into the wallet. Should I uninstall and reinstall the wallet on the phone? Should I try a desktop version? I did write down my private key and a password.
You can certainly import the private key into the nano wallet. I wouldn’t suggest reinstalling iPhone wallet, as it will delete your wlt file
I pit the private key and password into an installation of nano wallet on both firefox and chrome and cant get node to light up? thus not connected. What to do? this is nuts since my money is just sitting there somewhere !
So even after selecting different nodes, you are unable to get the node icon to turn from red to green?
that is correct.
Where do I go for help now?
doesnt that look like the transaction went through?
Recipient was Poloniex. Did you add your Poloniex id in the message field? If not Poloniex cannot credit your account with the xem. In that case, you need to contact Polonies and tell them what happened. But the answer probably will take a while, Poloniex support is not known to be fast.
BloodyRookie, I thought that was my NEM wallet address I sent it to. Ok thanks for the lead will check with POLO
