NEM council and regionals heads are from one country. If NEM wants a global adoption, it needs to focus on areas and region where we have high adoptions for tech and blockchain. Fintech companies are taking a huge leap in EU and America using blockchain. Where are we in this race? NOWHERE. Expanding into new markets and product categories will help NEM attract new business opportunities to grow the organization.
In the end, many companies fail to execute the chosen strategy. We need a system driven NEM not people driven. The current management team is not good enough in execution. Yes, we have a lot of projects running under NEM these days but unfortunately, we are millions of miles away from Ethereum or other top blockchain companies. We need bilingual people. Bilingual means people who can understand the core tech but also speak business.
Ambidextrous managers can think about the technical and operational details of a project in depth and then, without missing a beat, can consider its broader ramifications for the industry. If strategy through execution is to become a reality, people across the enterprise need to master ambidexterity.
