In general, it’s not common to have easily and online cancellable payment methods exchanged into irreversible crypto. Additionally, as we all know, there’s even black markets with stolen Paypal accounts or credit cards.
Services accepting credit card or paypal and sending out crypto (XEM or any other crypto) would need to have very high fees, in order to mitigate/cover the high fraud rates by opening that loophole to fraudsters.
For credit cards, I think there are a few, but with high verification requirements, high fees. Cex.io used to accept cards I think.
You might still find a Paypal - Crypto exchanger though. I just wanted to explain the setting we’re transacting in, when combining card or Paypal with crypto transactions.
