I purchased XEM earlier today using the nano wallet’s buy feature under Services. I paid using the ethereum in my coinbase ether wallet and the transaction has gone through and has been confirmed on coinbase. I am yet to receive my NEM in my wallet. Pls help. Its been about 45 min since I made the transaction.

usually it’s quick, not very long… we are not sure what’s causing the delay.

I have still not received my coins and changelley have not bothered to reply back
This transaction happened within the official wallet so why doesn’t someone from the NEM community take ownership and get this sorted out. This isn’t giving me a lot of confidence in participating in this crypto when my money just disappears and no one is accountable
The changelly module in nano wallet is there for users convenience, if we ever hear of a real issue with them, we will remove them from the nano wallet… Changelly has proven to be honest, and even though they have a backlog, I have yet to hear of them scamming someone. Please be patient, and make sure you gave changelly your transaction details.
Please understand all these exchanges are getting slammed by new users, none of these delays are ‘normal’

Anyway will be patient - hope to see my nems soon but yes changelley has been pretty crap so far. You should seriously consider using shapeshift
