It’s worth about 0.005 BTC, so it won’t pay the servercosts.
SAlso you really need 20,000 do it can vest in to 10,000 vested quickly. Just having only 10,000 will take a loooong time to vest

As @jabo38 already said, you need 10,000 XEM vested(!) balance. If somebody sends you 10,000 XEM it takes a LONG time until it is vested.
It’s nice to have a well maintened NIS server in China.
10K is reasonable start, so what’s your plan for it?

The node reward program didnt start yet.
I am not sure. I think I remember bugs regarding the activation (I actually prefer the term “unlocking”) of delegated harvesting for a multisig account. Generally it should be no problem to boot a node with the delegated key of a multisig account though.
