Can i get my nem(xem) refund?

first , i do not know nem(xem) be stole by some suck man from japan exchange.
1, i deposit bitcoin to cryptopia.co.nz, then buy nem(xem) —i find it’s price is low than huobi
2, i withdraw nem(xem) to huobi, but i do not know huobi stop deposit nem(xem) before i send it to huobi.—because japan. ( i am call huobi support 4000600888, and learn about this problem.
3, my nem(xem) has send to huobi by me, but blance is 0, but cryptopia.co.nz show" complete"

If huobi do not accept deposit nem (be sure nem safe), can i get my xem refund to cryptopia.co.nz after deadline ?
Note: i forget type message.

Hello,

First of all huobi uses individual addresses so message is not important.
If transaction is done that mean only huobi can return your xem. Deposit should arrive when they turn on again deposits processing.

Have you transaction id? Should be visible in your Cryptopia withdraw history.

Please also contact with huobi exchange and ask when they turn on deposits processing again.
I hope they will do it before chinese new year break.
