CAn not send xem to another wallet

I have a problem with sending xem to other wallet. When im trying to add new adress , from poloniex or bittrex it always shows “PROVIDED ADRESS IS NOT VALID”. wheres the problem . Please help. thank You

So i guess you are using Nano Wallet?
Are you sure you are connected to a mainnet node and not a testnet node?

when you select a wallet, in the start screen, the network associated with the wallet is displayed.
I mean the combobox “Select a wallet in local storage”.

Yeah its testnet . Can i change it? or I have to create a new wallet?

  1. Can I withdraw xem from testnet to mainnet?
  2. Is something wrong with my wallet on mainnet. I have blank dashboard . there is no send , services, explorer , etc. icon. JPG below

Worked. I made another one account and nothing. I was trying to play with node adress and it finally works. What’s the node? Does have it a meaning to my account and coins?

The node is just a server in our network. It doesn’t matter which one you use as long as you can connect to it.
