I am working on some blockchain projects and I am using NEM. I am thinking to make permission chain on top of NEM public blockchain can web do it? I’ve read about MIJIN but didn’t find any useful documentation how to implement it.
Mijin is the permissioned version of nem and it would mean deploying a whole new chain on your company infrastructure.

I am building an apostille system based on NEM sdk but I don’t want to deploy a private blockchain.
Why do you need a permissoned chain for that and what can’t just use the existing apostille ?
