Cannot add Mobile account to Nano Wallet [SOLVED]

I sent XEM from my mobile to Bittrex recently and it is not showing up in Bittrex. I now need to find out my tx # and hash# to give to bittrex to help me retrieve the coins but mobile does not seem to show that info anywhere.

I am now trying to add my mobile wallet to NanoWallet on desktop in hopes of being able to see that info on desktop version but when i go to add account it asks for either the accounts password or passphrase. I did not get a passphrase with the mobile version so I am using my password to add it but it just keeps saying password invalid.

In order to use Mobile Wallet account with NanoWallet, we use Mobile Wallet’s private key.
Since there is a menu displaying the secret key, write down the secret key from there and enter it with NanoWallet.
In NanoWallet, you choose to create a private key wallet and add an account.
With NanoWallet, you can set a new password, so you do not have to make it the same password as Mobile Wallet.

For those that are not reflected in Bittrex, you probably believe that you sent the message encrypting the message, probably you did not enter the message.
The hash of the transaction required for the inquiry can be searched on the next page.

On this page, enter the NEM address of your mobile phone and search.
The list of transactions you have done so far will be displayed.
You can find the transaction you transferred to Bittrex from time etc.

Find the transaction this is addressed from your account.

Finally, if you contact the Bittrex support with a transaction hash and a formal message, the money you transferred will be reflected.

I searched the address on that link but it does not show me the Tx # or Hash # when i search it.

Have you searched by NEM address of your Wallet?
If you do not mind, please tell me your NEM address.
