but it says i have 0 XEM after depositing stuff into account??
almost every exchange wounlt accept the NDBKCJ-xxx address only the NAN5EI-xxx “delegated account public key(???)” address… is this right?? or are those coins lost now?

Deligated Account is not an account used for normal remittance.
To send and receive XEM etc., it is necessary to do with NDBKCJ ------- L3HB address.
XEM you remitted to the Deligated Account resides in DeligatedAccount.
The first thing to do is to use the secret key of your DeligatedAccount, create a new wallet and retrieve XEM.
The problem is that if you deposit XEM at DeligatedAccount at least once, DeligeteAccount can not be activated twice.
(You can build harvesting and super nodes by activating it.)
This is a specification.
If you have XEM etc in the address of NDBKCJ ------- L3HB, please remit it to another address.
After that, please recreate a new wallet with a new address. At that age, a new DeligateAccount will also be created automatically.
