Recently I had to send my phone away for repair. On return I tried to log into my Nem Wallet but it would not accept my password. Can anyone help please?>
At the time of return, the mobile wallet was installed as before.
Do not enter with the previous password on the password input screen.

When reinstalling, you need to recover from the backed up secret key.
It is very likely that the password information was deleted when it was sent for repair.
Also in this case please restore with the backed up secret key.
To fix it, delete the application once. This will erase all information.
Reinstall and set a new password. You can then return to the original state by entering the backed up secret key.

So its impossible to retrieve the account unless you find your private key?
I have account name, address, previous password, have proof of all transactions from changelly, but have misplaced my private key.
Is there anyway of getting into my account?

For mobilewallet, backing up in case of anything, only the secret key is reliant.
As long as you do not know the secret key, no one can access that wallet.
It is very disappointing.
Surely Nem being the wallet provider have some sort of access?
The NEM side has the same authority as a general user.
Mathematically, finding its secret key is impossible with modern technology.
That would be a huge security concern, and defeat the purpose of a decentralized currency.
