Can't see "Account:Primary" tab in browser

I can’t see the tab “Account:Primary” tab in my Chrome browser.
Do I need to select this to see the balance in my account?

You are not connected to any node, see the red circle next to “Node”.

You could change the node in that section, try different nodes until the circle is green.

This seems very obvious to the person who designed the system, but it is not clear at all to first time users. There should be something prompting people to do this.

I agree – this seems to be becoming quite a common issue, people not realising that their funds aren’t available in Nano due to node disconnection.

Perhaps some sort of tooltip/alert would make it a bit more obvious when Nano’s not connected to a node. It would allow for a little space to explain what’s going on and how to resolve it too.
