Is Catapult in beta version or is now a days in a stable version??
it’s not released to mainnet so it’s first and foremost private version. Presumably that one is stable though and it’s also open-source.

It has all compontnets required to run private network. Still there is couple things to make it work on public blockchain.

In terms of private chain I would say it’s beta 
For public chain I wouldn’t call it beta yet
