Hi i had send by mistake my Xems from Nem wallet back to changelly from were I bought them… I send them all the hash proofs 2 months now and they still not returned my Xems. Any suggestion wat to do? They are telling me to wait all the time

Send them hash transaction and in general stay away from changelly.
In my opinion they are losing support for Nem as is demonstrated in their redundant support.
I did it two months now and they telling to wait all the time…

XEM is not available right now, also it is turned off on our website. As soon as we will add it again, we will send you XEM back.
They are most probably stealing your hard earned cash.
I’m not sure why they can’t return your coins manually. If you already bought coins and they don’t want sent it then somtehing is not right to me.
Any suggestions what to do?
Ask them if they can send back manually.
Your already sold/bought xem so they need end conversion. Waiting 2months and listen excuses it’s not what you are looking for.
