I just went to Changelly to purchase some XEM and it seems that XEM is not supported through Changelly anymore. I can’t find it in the drop down menu options. Please advise what is the best exchange to purchase XEM. Thank you.

Same here… Tried Bittrex and Changelly… can’t find anybody exchanging ETH for XEM. Anyone have a working path?
Hello guys, changelly had some trouble with xem transactions the last 2 days. Seems like they removed the option for the time till they fixed the problem. You could use spectrocoin.com or litebit.eu to buy xem.
My blockfolio tells me that there are pairs xem/eth on Bittrex, HitBTC. You can verify this.

I checked out Bittrex but they aren’t accepting new registration at this time and I don’t see XEM anywhere on the HitBTC market listing. I clicked a link that said it was showing the full list, but idk maybe you have to login first to see it?

Yep, looks like it is back up on Changelly… but it isn’t letting me complete the transaction so far. I’ll try again in a bit.
Success - it finally let the transaction go through!
Well… It let me send my ETH to Changelly but I still haven’t received any XEM 5+ hours later yet. Hopefully it is just going slow.

Well… I hop they will process this transaction… Maybe they waiting for ETH confirmation.

The ETH transaction says it has 1318 block confirmations now, but no signs of any XEM transactions with the account I gave them.
I’ve successfully bought with them before, so I assume it is just a hiccup of some kind. I emailed them but the auto-reply said it might take 72 hours to get a response.
They give you output transaction hash ?
It never went past the ‘Sending’ screen on Changelly where it instructs you to send the ETH to their address, so it seems like they are waiting on the ETH still, but I have a transaction hash from sending it to them… just no output information.
Hope it will be processed and you must not wait 72h to contact with support…
The transfer was successful by the time I got up this morning and I have received my XEM! 
Great. I’m closing topic because now Changelly works.
