Changelly to Nanowallet

Hi

I installed and configured Nanowallet and then purchased XEM from Changelly - the transaction failed and Changelly came back with a comment that the Wallet needs to be activated?

Is this true? Cant I just install Nanowallet, create the wallet - and use the account address to recieve XEMs?

I am a little confused - any help would be appreciated

I should add that my main question here is that once the wallet is created do you need to do anything to activate the wallet so that you can recieve XEMs?

I have one question.
Click Account and go to the account screen.
At that time, is your Public Key displayed correctly?
