Choosing a Different Server [SOLVED]

This post is no longer necessary and can be deleted. I originally posted the below message, but was able to discover that under settings you can choose a different server, and that fixed my problem. Thanks!

I downloaded the app yesterday 08.20.2017 to my iPhone. Sent XEM funds from Poloniex, and ever since that moment app has said “no internet connection” or “lost connection.” I’ve tried three different data/internet sources home/work/cell data, same result. After 24 hours I downloaded iPhone app on iPad, transferred over private key, same result.

Please help, what’s doing on with your iOS app? How do I confirm my funds were sent or lost forever?!?

I have the same problem since i upgraded the mobile nem wallet to version 1.1.3 version 3

When i go to my dashboard, i see the message: no internet connection

What is the cause and how can this be solved?

Yes! It was an awful 24 hour period for me when I couldn’t access my funds.
Go to settings and then click on “server.” It will show a variety of random
"servers" you can choose, choose a different server than is currently
selected, and if you go back to your wallet it should show up! I literally
chose a random server, and then it worked.
