Claimed in phase 1 but still zero balance

Hi,
I've been away from the NEM world for a while however do remember claiming my stake in Phase 1 (BCT forum/NXT) on the chain.nem.ninja/stakes website and my address was in the /registered list afterwards… as expected.

Today I installed the latest NEM client, added the registered account and let everything sync/block catch up… balance 0.00

The explorer also confirms 0 balance… what have I missed or am I still meant to wait?

Thanks

So, I actually just Google'd my address and it appears I've been placed on a "sock" list on another thread here.

I had my account and was in control of 1 other, managed for a friend who is let's say… not very tech-savvy and lent me the money to set it up.

Somewhat surprising and disappointing, I recall someone being in control of 2 accounts was allowed when the initial sale was initiated.

You need to contact makoto.
If you were only connected to 2 accounts then this wouldn't have happend. Only people that showed ties to >2 accounts were put on the socklist.

Contacted him yesterday on BCT, only ever been connected with 2 accounts so hopefully this can be resolved.

Slightly concerned that I'd been flagged in the first place if that is indeed the rule.

Thanks for the reply, appreciate it.

Still haven't received a response to my detailed PM on Bitcointalk, am I able to contact makoto here?

Would like to get this resolved, was extremely keen on being involved with NEM.

Thanks

Probably he needs more time to respond.

It is better to contact him on bitcointalk.org where he can see you are the same who reserved a stake.

May 1st was the last day to file a new sock complaint.

I first invested February 2014, incorrectly labelled a sock and being 27 days late to file a complaint (the sock appeal thread I found my account number listed in had no mention of May 1st) I'm now kicked out for good and out of pocket?

To be frank, that's saddening and against the spirit I thought NEM originally stood for.
