Am a new user. Have transferred coins into my Nano Wallet several times. I opened up my wallet today and there is nothing there, no cons and no account info. Can someone please help me?
Log out and in again, does that help? Try to connect to a different node, does that help?

Can you tell me why that happened?
The node that you were connected to probably had problems with websockets, thus not being able to provide data. Therefore your account did not show up.
