since a few days my wallet on my ihone shows “Verbindung verloren” and i can’t do anything with it.
Is this a known problem?

In the iPhone app, click on the ‘Cog’ icon in the top left of your screen.
Select ‘Server’, and choose a different server.
This should solve your issue.
Tried everything, but get a msessage when selecting a new server “server is un available Please try again later or check your server” Tried all available servers but same message.
Could you try other Internet connection? Maybe your router or internet provider blocks some ports.
While you work on online then you must need the good internet connection. If you work on the IOS then you can choose the best broadband for connecting the internet. Sometimes your internet is not working properly due to your D link router then you can contact D link Customer Support for better services.
