Not sure if this is in the correct place, if not, my apologies.
I would like to create a physical commemorative coin for nem like I have done for select other top cryptos. However, first I want to confirm that I will not be infringing on any trademark rights. Can someone please assist in helping me to determine if I can use the nem logo and name on a physical coin to be sold to the public?
