Dashes in the address

I need to request a transfer from an exchange, and they said I have to remove the dashes from my address. So, the address NDBFIE-LNNR2X-4W5GBO-APB627-AQSLTY-WKUPL2-EEZZ will become NDBFIELNNR2X4W5GBOAPB627AQSLTYWKUPL2EEZZ. Should I always remove the dashes when inserting my NEM address?

Most exchanges don’t require you to do that. I have heard that an exchange or two requires this though. Which exchange is asking you to remove the dashes.

yes, some exchanges accept dashes and some make you remove them
