Hi all I’ve setup delegated harvesting on my nem nano wallet, currently have just over 30000 in Vested balance but I have received nothing so far? sometimes it will bump me off a node but i will reconnect it. Can anyone help?

You may need more time to receive a harvested fee. I don’t know the importance that your account has, but nowadays, that more people harvest, it’s more difficult to won harvested blocks because of competition.
If you have delegated harvesting active and the node is up, you will receive a harvested fee someday 
I’ve just checked on the mobile app i’m using - it says I have a POI of 0.31% despite having a vested balance of over 30000. I will wait a bit longer to see what happens
