I have 200K+ of vested XEM. Of the last five blocks, four of them gave me a payment of 0. Why is that?
Also, last week I had to restart delegated harvesting because it had stopped without any intervention from me. There were no alerts or warnings that it happened, I only noticed when looking in the Delegated Services section. Must I keep an eye on this every day?
You get all the fees paid in a block. If there were no fees paid (block was empty), then there is no XEM for you to receive.
Delegated harvesting means you selected a node to harvest for you. If that node goes offline, it will no longer be harvesting.
It’s a shame the server doing the harvesting doesn’t keep a list of clients to resume. And it’s a pity the client doesn’t flag a dropped server and try to automatically reconnect.
It is possible for the owner of the server to manually add your delegate private key to his config. It will automatically reconnect with each restart.
