I withdraw from the AEX exchange to the Bittrex exchange, but the AEX exchange does not provide message information. I don’t know where my NEM is transferred now.
Your XEM is with Bittrex but they don’t know which client account to credit it to.
In general, it’s not good to send from one exchange to another. Send through your local wallet next time.
You need to send a ticket request to Bittrex and give them the Transaction ID of the deposit and ask them to manually locate the deposit and credit it to your account.
Be prepared to wait a while until they respond to your ticket - allegedly, they have quite a backlog to process.

If an exchange can’t generate a message you should transfer it to your personal Nano wallet first before transferring it to Bittrex. Bittrex requires a message which identifies which client funds to credit. You will need to make a support ticket and wait for them to manually credit it.
Bittrex seems to take a long time to deal with it
Because it doesn’t have a message attached to the transaction Bittrex staff will have to manually find it and manually process it. (Quite a lot of work) It may take quite some time for them to respond to you.
