Did not receive XYM after opted in

Hello,
I did the opt-it of my NEM account NCVJ3BFZWOXK4RNOWDCL32KG7RJYWT2KP45BST3F before the deadline and saved the new XYM wallet PDF with QR codes.

I also noted down the public key:

Still, all balances are 0, and no opt in found. Very disappointed.

Search for your correct paper wallet (you probably tried more than once)

Thanks. looks right. but how can I access it? I deleted the old wallet from my phone and downloaded the new one. My wallet address different now. How can I add this address to my wallet?

If you don’t have a backup of the mnemonic/QR which the app asked you to do then, unfortunately, you can’t access it.
