Did not recieve XEM from litebit [SOLVED]

Hi,

So I’m kind of new here and kind of finding out how everything works.

so… I did buy some XEM from litebit like an hour ago. On my litebit account it says that my order is finished, but I don’t see any XEM in my wallet? How long does it take for it to show up in my wallet?
I’m kind of worried that I did something wrong…
I just copied the adress from my wallet (showed at account info) and send it to that adress.
I hope someone can help me.

In litebit orders history should be transaction hash related with this withdraw. Could you copy-paste here please?

I’ve also put an image of my nanowallet adress there. Maybe that will be
helpfull.
I still didn’t receive anything into my wallet.

Did you try change node in your NanoWallet? Please click circle in top right corner and select another one node.
