Dose sending NEM to BTC take more than 24 hr?

I made transaction last evening and withdrawn all my 29k NEM. Transaction never completed and never credited to my Ether wallet. I used Changelly for exchange.

Here are details,
Transfer transaction
From NDACY2-KLIJ33-YSUXLG-5TPV5B-RR37ML-4F7NZX-6DLM
To NBLQ6P-E7Z5CV-ANJNXG-OR74UQ-LOJ2YM-GJJOZ4-YFAQ

Someone please help and tell me what to do. Changelly shows status as waiting for payment. If I am missing something here, please guide. I do not see coin in my account any more as well.

So it is not a NEM software problem but a Changely problem. Please contact Changely and ask for support.

If so is the case then why don’t I see the transaction in the blockchain in
their website with the hash address? I do not know about the nem.ninja
address you have provided.

blockchain.info is showing data of the bitcoin blockchain. The hash
c74aa03172230797cccbbcf876c3a790f08362a2ab4d29d42a9474108af0a69e
is the nem blockchain hash of the transaction. Therefore you will not find that hash in the bitcoing blockchain.
Again, the only thing i can advise you to do is to contact Changely, they can answer your question.
