Double sent Xem same block one Hash

I am new to the trading only a few days into it. I spotted NEM and quickly decided to exchange my lit for nem. I was unaware that a message was needed to send nem (had no problem recieving) I exchanged through changelly and found my hash through chain.nem.ninja/ but only found one hash of mine.

Any thing else i can do? I was only able to send one hash to changelly but had two 100 xem transactions. Bare in mind im very new!

And both transactions are missing the required id you should have included…

When sending to an exchange of any kind, you shouldn’t encrypt your message since their system doesn’t support that.

yea, show them the links above and ask them to send back the xem.
