Download difficulties for the Trezor Nano Wallet v 2.1.2

I wanted to transfer my “NEM” from Binance to my Trezor, but I’ve been unable to install the Universal Client file.

Whenever I click on the Chrome HTML link, it opens to a blank screen, perhaps I’m not doing this correctly?

Please provide detailed instructions on how to do this ASAP, I need to get my NEM secured and off the exchange where it is currently sitting.

Please verify if you have accepted third-party cookies in browser. Without this universal client won’t work.

Be advised, I followed these instructions perfectly, and this did not work. Please provide alternative detailed instructions on how to download the wallet.

  • Are you using Chrome browser?
  • Did you extract zip archive?
  • What operating system are you using?

Could you provide output from Chrome console (F12). Have you any errors when you run start.html?

In answer to your questions, see attached.

@Trevy I don’t see anything attached here.

sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I attached them once, odd, you didn’t get it, see attached again.

Still nothing. I don’t konw what are you trying add here but maybe uopload somewhere else and add here only link.

I have the same difficulty and do not know where else to post on this page.
The VLC audio after I click on Universal Client shows ‘VLC cannot identify the audio and video codec’
Tried on Firefox first then Chrome having allowed ublock the nem download page.
Please help!

You should get zip file, extract it and run start.html in browser. Why your system is trying open it as video/audio?

Be advised, that I have tried everything you suggested, without any success. I even turned off my security software, and switched to Internet Explorer, but the window opens and nothing happens, now what???

  1. Download zip archive (https://github.com/NemProject/NanoWallet/releases/download/2.1.2/NanoWallet-2.1.2.zip)
  2. Extract zip archive
  3. Open extracted catalog and open start.html in your browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended)

Make sure you have enabled third party cookies (instructions for Chrome below) :

If you don’t need Trezor support you can download standalone versions for Windows / Linux / Mac

Also right now integration with new Trezor T doesn’t work correctly (reported to Trezor).
