Download stand alone as a zip file for windows users

would it be possible if the stand alone version could be made available as a zipped folder instead of .tgz which has to be extracted to .tur and then extracted again? it makes it very complicated for non-technical folks to run the stand alone version. it would make a tutorial much simpler too.

I'm sure it's possible but this whole double extraction isn't necessary. Open archive, browse into the folder, extract that, profit.

Even though that's possible, you still need to download third party software and then know how to use it to do that. For non tech users, which we will, and do have have, many of them, extracting files is just too technical.

sure, most likely we're gonna simply provide both tgz and zip
