Due to it? count 8 but 7 [MOVED]

Hello, I need help from everyone of Tech Support.
I do not understand how to post new posts. Sorry to contact you from here.

Last night I sent 302 XEM to Yobit from Zaif Exchange.
I received a hash from Zaif, but it is not reflected in My Yobit’s wallet.

Looking at this, the transaction is 8, it seems there are seven transfer transactions, is this due to it?
I contacted support of Zaif and Yobit.
One day passed, but neither reply nor reflected in Yobit’s wallet.
any help would be gratefull.
