I made a transfer from my webwallet to an exchange and I choose for “encrypted”. I have over 50 comfirmations now but the XEM are not arriving at the exchange. Did I forgot to do something?
When I press “view” transaction on the botton it says “mosaic :”.
Actually have no idea what to do, maybe someone can help.

Exchanges usually want an unencrypted message in the transaction. So you probably want to contact that exchange and explain the situation.
