Error 400 in nem nis api transaction/get?hash='hash'

I created a transaction on june 11 and all is good im using nem nis api transaction/get to get the details of my transaction depending on hash of transaction

and now june 14 nem nis api transaction/get?hash=‘hash’ give me an 400 error response .

im using testnet for this.

this is proof that i have a transaction and its hash

If you want query any transaction by hash you have to change property
nis.transactionHashRetentionTime to -1 in your config.properties
