Getting this error when trying to start delegated harvesting

Error 699: Harvesting Limit Hit

Also under transactions tab, I don’t see any ‘fees’ earned to my account, even though Harvested Blocks shows fees earned?

Is that normal or am I doing something wrong?

That means the node you are trying to harvest on has no open slots

Fees earned will not show up on transaction tab.
