Error 709 - New Wallet w/transactions

Hello guys, could you all please tell me what is wrong with the client?
I keep getting

Error 709: The account is unknown. An account needs to be part of at least one transaction (sender or recipient) to be known to the network.

I tried installing and uninstalling, and reinstalling again.
I created new wallets with the new client, I made transactions in and out.
The harvesting is delegated, but I CAN'T START THE HARVESTING.

It is driving me crazy.

hi, you need 10k minimum vested balance to be eligible to harvest. perhaps this could be the issue?

Appearantly you are trying to start harvesting with an account that is unkown to the network.
When does this come ? When you click start harvesting or even before ?

I have quite more than 10K.
Let me the series of events from the beginning:
1) I had several accounts, and I tried to harvest from them all. As I failed, I tried to do remote harvesting. 699 error was everywhere.
2) Thinking it was a problem with the client, I reinstalled it and of course nothing changed.
3) I disabled harvesting in all accounts, deleted the wallets and reinstalled the client, the errors were the same.
4) I disabled remote harvesting in all accounts, except one. When I tried to harvest, 699 happened.
5) I created a new wallet and I added the priv key. I get the 709 error from now on.
6) I made some transactions in and out to see if that would change anything, still the same.
7) Now I am disabling remote harvesting to see if anything changes.
(Now I learned about modifying the config file for the previous 699 but now it is useless, now the error is 709)

The error comes up only when I click on harvesting.
Sending and receiving funds is working fine, getting confirmations normally.

Note: Disabling remote harvesting worked.
Local harvesting is working.
Wth? Does anyone know what was happening? It is a weird enough issue, it should be tracked down.

Btw, how can I know that the local harvesting is actually working? Any indicator besides the "Stop Harvesting"?
