Error message "no Certificate Found"

I’m running NEM client in Lubuntu and can see the follwing message in the terminal:
no certificate found for (file:/home/user1/nem/package/ncc/nem-core-0.6.73-BETA.jar

What does this mean?

To start NIS (NEM Infrastructure server) run nix.runNis.sh
To start NCC (NEM Comunity Client) run nix.runNcc.sh

Or you can run nix.runMon.sh - that should start both NIS and NCC

Then open wallet http://localhost:8989

I use nix.runMon.sh to start NIS and NCC. I open my wallet but I still get that error message popping up in the terminal.
