Error when Attempting to Start Harvesting

Hi there

I cannot get harvesting to start from my wallet (latest release 2.5.1 Universal)
I am fully vested at over 80,000 NEM, having held them for nearly 5 years now.

My Remote Status is ACTIVE
I have selected a node with free slots (dartagnan.manitpro.be)
When I press the “Start Delegated Harvesting” button I get the following error message -

Error at unlocking account, reason: remote 86.175.111.7 attempted to call local /account/unlock with non-remote address […]

I have tried to use this tool as suggested elsewhere on the forum -

But to no effect, with no email received as suggested.

Any advice as to how to fix this problem much appreciated.

My problem is similar to yours. At first, I used the universal version of wallet to harvest xem, and then the official changed the network node, but I didn’t know and didn’t stop harvesting. When I harvested xem with the installed version of wallet version 2.5.1, an error occurred, which was consistent with your error. At this time, I switched back to universal Wallet, and then stop and start harvesting. Everything is normal. This problem has been solved, but the installed version of the wallet has not been able to harvest xem. You can compare the two versions to see which one can harvest successfully?
