Error XEM from Bittrex to Wallet

I contact the Bittrex Support, but the Problem could not be solved
my message:
I cannot send XEM to my XEM Wallet adress. It´s the XEM Nano Wallet.
I tried it on several days, it does not work.
After I noticed that it does not work, I tried to send small amounts of 10 XEM in case I lose it.
My XEM Wallet receiving adress is correct. Attached yo can see the screen copy of error.

for your understanding look at the attechments and check my Nem wallet acount.
The message that you create by withdraws Bittrex XEM to my XEM Wallet Adress is E R R O R
and not invalid

Hello,
This is problem with Bittrex. Please remove message when you withdrawing to nanowallet first time (it’s not required). Bittrex has problem with it.

but can you explain me excactly what to do in further steps,
either with configuration NEM Acount or Bittrex?
How can i send it to NEM Wallet?

On withdraw bittrex view leave message empty :slight_smile:
Don’t use this Bittrex_to_xem message.

This is Bittrex bug. And you don’t need message when you have sent to your NanoWallet.
