If you send money to exchange like bittrex you should include message code provided by exchange. But all your transactions have wrong message ‘david rooney’.

Right so… can you tell me what to do?
I see you sent me loads of transactions but I have no idea what to do next? Basically I need help retrieving them…

Am I going to be able to get them back into my wallet or will I need to send them somewhere else?

@DRoon30 you must (as I have written above) contact with bittrex support via this address https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/requests/new or via slack (possible they answer quicker).
You must also provide all informations I write to you above.
Currently your tokens are stuck on bittrex wallet and only bittrex support can return your money.

This transactions (http://chain.nem.ninja/#/transfer/9005702120160a4baf4547af46a31653e7776b7a8780414bf27620379d60aa1f) is from Bittrex to Bittrex wallet. It’s not send from Litebit. Maybe you talking about different transaction?
Please verify if transaction timestamp is when you send this transaction.
Maybe Litebit make a mistake and give you wrong hash.

If you make transaction from exchange it should be visible in your account withdraw history. Please check.

You transaction doesn’t contain message code required by changelly. On deposit page they clearly ask to add unencrypted code to message when sending tokens.

They should return your money as far as I remember similiar cases with Changelly.
Please wait for Changelly support response and if they don’t responde in couple days you can try create next ticket.
