Exchanged XEM lost [SOLVED]

Hi there,

I have exchanged XEM to ripple through Alfacashier, but they never arrived to my ripple wallet (Gatehub).
I’m using only the NEM wallet (app) through my iphone. Alfacashier asked me for my Hash. Can somebody tells me where I can find the hash of my Nem wallet app?

Tnx 4 ur help. I have already found the hash. With the QR code address of my NEM wallet I trace the hash through this link: http://chain.nem.ninja/#/blocks/0
