Followed XYM Opt-in Process but No balance in Symbol Wallet

Hello,

I followed the symbol opt-in instructions and received my seed phrase for the XYM wallet. Although after the airdrop I downloaded the symbol wallet and entered my seed phrase. A list of 10 addresses appeared with 0 XYM balance in each address. What am I missing?

Can someone please assist? I do not want to miss out on this…

As I can see you failed to announce opt-in transaction:

Because your opt-in is not valid you will be able claim post launch in a few weeks.

Hello,

Same problem here, i can’t find the adress with the XYM balance. I thought i made everything all right.
Got the paper wallet.
There is 10 adress, but not the one on the paper wallet.

My adress : NCI4QVCI64NX-S6ARKOIDIHBBT3YBKEMMOT62XJLW

Did I failed the opt-in ?

In report Opt-in Statistics you opted-in to Symbol address Symbol Block Explorer.
Check if you have it on the paper wallet. If not it means you have the wrong one.

Thanks for the answer.

I uninstalled the Symbol wallet (old version) and installed the newest version, i was able to choose the correct adress.
