Gave Phone to Verizon, did factory reset on my phone, realized it took my NEM Wallet! Help, how do I restore my account?

My phone had an unauthorized factory reset! I am reading threads trying to figure out what I have. I don’t have private key I don’t think or .wlt, but I have all transaction information from Changelly and password, is that enough? Please help, really beside myself.

I had the android wallet, fyi, not the desktop version. Anything I can do?

Hope you had a backup image so you can restore your phone before factory… If you don’t have the key, not sure how you’re going to get it back.

I spent an hour on with Verizon. Lesson learned, sadly. I guess I should be happy it was $500 worth of NEM and not the thousands I was going to spend. Better to get wise now…

1st thing to do when you install any wallet is to export your private key and
backup your account (wallet) data to a safe place offline on USB stick and / or paper.
When you do try to import back to verify (double check) if the your backup data is correct.

Only then fund your account with XEM or whatever currency you are using.
Also mobile phones are not really secure devices i would not store big amounts of any currency on them like i would not go around with thousands of euros in my pocket wallet .
